Therapy helping clients to create lasting, meaningful change.

Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
Available for telehealth appointments for clients based in California.
I work from the belief that all human behavior serves a purpose.
Over time, we develop coping strategies that help us survive in our environment. Sometimes these traits outlive their usefulness, yet they remain. Therapy provides an opportunity to better understand ourselves, shift outdated behaviors, and create lasting, meaningful change.
I offer a collaborative, insight-oriented approach to therapy. My approach centers on recognizing strengths and practicing open communication about what's working and what isn't. I draw upon modalities such as psychodynamics, attachment theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, tailoring my approach to meet the client’s needs.
About Me
After graduating from Georgetown University, I started my career as a Teach for America corps member, teaching kindergarten and earning a masters in education. In 2012, a Fulbright Scholarship took me to Indonesia, where I taught high school and explored the jungles of Sulawesi. I later moved to New York City and spent a decade working and consulting with venture-backed startups at the intersection of food and technology.
My therapeutic practice is informed by an understanding of human development, problem-solving, and navigating change. I currently live in O'ahu with my wife and our dog, Gracie. Outside of work, I enjoy surfing and growing flowers in my garden.
